We generally work with medium-sized companies but also serve corporations and smaller companies. CEOs, CHROs, HR executives and HR Development leaders from an array of industries (Finance, Production, Automotive, Sales, Services, Travel etc.) approach us about the strategic and operative issues catered to by our range of services.

We support our clients in achieving their strategic and HR policy targets. In alignment with the corporate decisions taken, the p3 consultants dedicate their efforts to the successful implementation of these strategies. Depending on the situation and requirements, we act in the role of consultants (expert consulting, process consulting and appropriate combinations), process consultants, facilitators or leadership trainers. On request we also assume operative responsibility as interim managers on site, working in close cooperation with the internal management. In many cases too, executive management staff contact us directly to consult us about concrete issues with employees or teams and also to receive consulting and support for their own development.

From professionals for professionals

Led by this motto, Matthias Weißenborn has been gathering a team of experienced consultants, facilitators, trainers and coaches to work with him since 1993. As psychologists, economists and legal experts, they bring profound project experience and essential "lessons learned" to their consultancy services, in particular from their long years of working as managers in industry and commerce. Each has their own individual area of expertise within the p3 range of services, united in the philosophy and by the work approach for which Matthias Weißenborn with his circle of consultants stands. The p3 consultants experience ongoing quality assurance and inspiration by means of regular peer coaching/supervision meetings. They also benefit from the ongoing exchange on state-of-the-art practices with our scientific contacts at diverse institutes and universities as well as from the continuous dialog with long-standing clients about their present challenges and time- and market-driven best practices.

Many projects require a holistic approach with specific consideration of the labor legislation aspects. Our approach also meets with a high level of acceptance from all participants because the bespoke solutions are aligned with each other in terms of concept, communication and legislative aspects.
