Project Example HR Diagnostics

Orientation Center

During the introduction of a career model, a method is to be developed for the central Human Resources Departments of an industrial company that will allow employees and line managers to identify potential for the career path as a specialist, manager or project leader. It is essential that all the participants understand and accept the result or the assessment. The method is to be integrated seamlessly into the existing HR landscape or HRD instruments. ?The requirements for the method contents have been specified as follows: the central approach is a combination of self-reflection (self-perception), collective reflection among the participants (peer feedback) and an intensive dialog based on the results of a profiler (GPOP – Golden Profiler of Personality) as well as a feedback interview with the trainer and observer. The employees will be offered extensive possibilities for self-evaluation and reflection. In an intensive, individual feedback interview, decisive stimuli will be provided for the further development of the employee.
