Potential interviews

In connection with a change required in next-generation planning, an instrument is to be developed and implemented for the HR division of a nationally operating service provider company that will diagnose leadership potential. It is intended to introduce the potential interview as a supplementary instrument and also to allow short-notice reaction if, for example, not enough participants are available for the established orientation center. The company's own competence model and observer pool (experienced members of management staff) are to be used as the basis for this process.
