Development Center - Middle Management

Analog to the development program already established for next-generation management staff, a middle-management offer is to be developed for the central HR division of an industrial company. The first step envisaged is the creation of a Development Center in which individual measures are to be conceived for later implementation. The focus will be on personal self-evaluation and reflection on one's own leadership culture. From the HR perspective, the complete package of measures is also to be understood as a stimulus to work towards the leadership culture aspired to.?The reflection and training exercises are based on the concept of the existing competence model and leadership competences. The event is intended not only to serve an intensive exchange of experiences and views as well as network building but also provide scope for the identification of development fields. For this purpose, in addition to peer feedback, external trainers and experienced management staff will also deliver intensive feedback. In addition to this, the method of Peer Group Supervision will also be offered so that the participants can continue their development subsequent to the event.
