On request, we conduct a critical appraisal of the individual instruments or the entire HR Development system. Revitalization, further development and integration

Existing HR Development instruments are not always applied within the organization as originally planned. We advise and support our clients in the revitalization and adaptation of existing instruments to changed conditions or new goals. We also help within the framework of post-merger integrations to harmonize the activities and instruments in the areas of Human Resources and Human Resources Development.

New developments and implementation

We support our clients in setting up a completely new strategic Human Resources Development Department in the company, including all the related instruments (employee reviews, evaluation systems, target agreements, performance management, talent management, succession planning etc.). Existing concepts and proven instruments are integrated and, where requested, strategically aligned.

Support from a p3 consultant includes from consulting services on the individual instruments to the development of a strategic master plan for HR Development and the assumption of temporary tasks as an interim manager in the area of Human Resources Management or Human Resources Development.
