Transfer management – evaluation study

The Human Resources Development Departments of an international financing services provider wishes to conduct an extensive study to examine the relevant conditions for transfer in the company and subsequently undertake the requisite restructuring measures. What are the relevant factors for transfer in the case of qualification measures, particularly in the soft skills area? How can this transfer be supported within the company? To obtain a clear picture of the situation, the survey examines hitherto action-guiding concepts regarding the significance and interaction of the corporate conditions for high-level transfer. The results allow the targeted use and goal-oriented development of interventions for transfer support as well as clear approaches to transfer management.
