A nationally successful service provider company is in the midst of an extensive restructuring process driven significantly by current market demands. In one sub-project, the company's new focus is aimed, for example, at further organizational development and a HRD initiative for all corporate divisions. The main objective is a significant increase in performance in the individual divisions. It is intended to adapt team structures and interface profiles to the current market and client requirements. Furthermore, a more efficient and requirements-based team management is to be ensured. On the whole, it is intended to achieve a positive mindset so that all employees can approach their tasks with greater awareness and self-determination.
