Transformation in the area of HR and HR Development

In the years following extensive restructuring of an industrial company, the new management recognizes that action is urgently required in the area of Human Resources. The focus lies particularly on next-generation management planning and on the leadership culture. A current company-wide employee survey supports and substantiates the assessments and their urgency. On behalf of the central HR Department, a concept for comprehensive realignment is to be developed and implemented. For this purpose, a culture and organization analysis is to be conducted at all company sites. Current HR and Performance Management will subsequently be modified and rebuilt as a Talent Management department. In the course of this measure, a motivating, company-wide recognized and practiced system is to be created that will promote the culture aspired to. Instruments that are already in place will be reviewed and revitalized and the requisite adjustment of the internal organization in the HR/HRD division carried out.
