Assessment Center

Following changes in corporate management, a management selection instrument is to be introduced for the HR division of an international industrial company. The central goal is to secure future executives from within the company itself on a mid- to long-term basis. For this purpose, two Assessment Centers qualifying for the next higher management level are to be developed and installed - not only for next-generation managers but also for senior management tasks. Against the background of the Orientation Center which has already been introduced and well established in the company, value is expressly placed on the reflection of the particular situation and requirements of the corporation to secure the acceptance of all the stakeholders.

  • Consulting services, in particular on integration into the existing selection process
  • Specification or adaptation of the existing competence model
  • Development and validation workshop for development of the method concept: requirements situations, exercises, observer instruments, assessment
  • Concept development for the Assessment Center, preparation of documents
  • Induction and training of the in-house observers
  • Assessment Center (for the duration of 1.5 days)
