Process optimization – accompanying consultancy services and support

During the planned long-term reorganization of a continuously growing medium-sized company, structures and business processes that were established in the past are to be radically revised. The objective is to achieve a more consistent orientation to market requirements: satisfaction of highest quality standards, fastest possible reaction and processing, consideration of specific client requirements. Up-to-date, sound analyses are available for orientation purposes.?The internal project team is now to be assisted by an external supportive consulting service to help get the faltering process back on its feet. ?The focus of these efforts is primarily on process optimization, improved orientation of processes to client requirements and efficient performance of services.
