Development of leadership culture in next-generation managers

The management staff of a sales organization has been concentrating almost exclusively in recent years on sales tasks and the expansion of their client base. Topics concerning employee management, team and HR development have not yet been implemented in the company in the desired form. ?The new head of the organization has identified a backlog of long neglected HR issues and defined the target of accomplishing a turnaround to a homogeneous, practiced and proactive leadership culture. ?It is now planned to annually recruit new management staff from both inside and outside the company and prepare them for their new leadership functions in a program for trainee managers lasting several months.
