An in-house two-year program for managerial staff is to be developed and conducted in an international service provider company in preparation for selected, challenging management tasks. ?The program participants are to experience the consistent further development of their existing leadership personality and their reflective skills. All competencies of the competence model for the highest management level must be addressed as part of this program and a clear reference to business operations is to be established. On conclusion of the program, the participants are expected to have excellent representational skills and the competence needed to form and head high-performance teams. ?For the identification of the candidates for this high profile program, which will also constitute a significant time expenditure for the participants, the company does not wish to rely exclusively on the assessments of the direct line managers. For this reason, a suitable selection procedure is to be applied.

  • Concept development and implementation of a selection procedure for the identification of the candidates – development of success-critical practice situations suitable for the company; training of the in-house observers.

  • Development and implementation of the program

    Workshops on Leadership Excellence topics, process support during change, excellent communication, team building and leadership of high performance teams

  • Process support during the social and practical projects of the participant group

  • Ongoing coaching of all the participants (also with profiler)

  • Assistance in two-year program as permanent external host

  • Facilitation of all participant group meetings

  • Ongoing consulting services for the mentors of the upper management circle
