Executive Development Program /  Middle Management

Within the framework of post-merger integration measures, the leadership principles and instruments of a production company were revised and harmonized. In addition to this, all the management staff of the company were asked about their support requirements. One central insight gained from this was that for years, measures for the promotion of junior management had been implemented but support for middle management, which had largely been in place for a period of many years, was in the view of many department and division managers inadequate. ?A concept for a requirements-based offer was now to be developed, presented and implemented in the company for the "Middle Management" target group.

  • Development of framework concepts for the strategic orientation of the program in cooperation with the management board, interviews with management staff at the different company sites

  • Concept for a program with obligatory and optional modules

  • Organization of a road show – communication of the new offer

  • Management of the program with the company-specific focal points of: legal foundations of management work, self management, network building and further development of the individual leadership personality

  • Ongoing evaluation of the program components and approach
