Leadership competence and personality - Final module "Executive Development Program"

Within the framework of redesigning the program for next-generation executive staff, a new final module is to be developed and implemented for the HR Development Department of a major international bank. Leadership principles, a detailed competence profile and the management instrument of "Employee Interview" have already been defined. ?The new module is intended mainly to reflect the leadership role against the background of one's own personality and to round off the entire program. The central value at issue is personal responsibility. In this context, the trainee executives are to develop their own personal leadership concept and will also be provided with a system allowing them to continue to develop independently.

  • Concept development in close cooperation with the HR Development Department
  • Development of the trainer guidelines
